Zovoha's selection is a two-stage rigorous process designed to identify individuals who bring not just capability, but commercial instinct and genuine willpower for enterprise excellence.
Submit a handwritten application expressing your interest in the specific internship programme. Handwritten letters demonstrate intentionality and genuine commitment — digital applications are not accepted at this stage.
A non-refundable application fee of Rupees 600/- must be submitted in cash alongside the handwritten application. This filters aspirants who are genuinely committed.
A formal covering letter articulating your motivation, relevant background, and what you intend to contribute at Zovoha — not what you seek to gain.
Shortlisted applicants participate in a Group Discussion with Technical Brainstorming facilitated by Zovoha's team. This evaluates commercial thinking, collaborative intelligence, and domain awareness.
A structured assessment evaluating your understanding of enterprise business, analytical reasoning, and domain-specific commercial acumen relevant to your chosen programme.
A written examination that probes your inherited knowledge and expertise with the expectation of demonstrating wisdom — not just information recall — in the context of enterprise challenges.
A structured individual presentation on an assigned enterprise topic. Evaluated on clarity of thought, commercial judgement, communication quality, and confidence under professional scrutiny.
